Terms of Service

1. What Creovel is

Creovel helps content creators meet other creators of a similar size. Creators verify their channel, are placed in a tier based on their verified subscriber count, and can discover, match with and message creators in the same tier. Creovel is currently free to use.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it, and able to agree to these terms.
• You may only verify a channel that you own or are authorised to manage. One channel can be linked to one Creovel account.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your account

• Keep your password secret. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Keep your recovery code safe. Messages are end-to-end encrypted, and we can't read them or recover your keys. If you lose your recovery code and your devices, messages sent before that can't be recovered.

4. Tiers, verification and limits

• Your tier is set automatically from your channel's verified subscriber count and may change when we re-check it. If your tier changes, you'll see creators in your new tier, and conversations with creators in your old tier become read-only.
• If your channel can no longer be verified (for example, you revoke access or hide your subscriber count), you won't be able to use most of Creovel until you verify again.
• We set limits to keep Creovel spam-free, such as a daily number of swipes and a maximum number of open requests. We may change tiers and limits as the service grows.

5. Acceptable use

Creovel only works if it's a respectful place. You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone, or send hateful or sexually explicit content;
• spam, mass-message, or use Creovel mainly to advertise or sell;
• impersonate anyone, or verify a channel you don't control;
• try to fake or manipulate your subscriber count or tier;
• scrape, copy or collect other creators' information, or use it outside Creovel without their permission;
• scam, defraud or mislead other creators;
• break the law or anyone else's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• interfere with, attack or try to get around the security of the service.

6. Your content

You own what you post: your profile, intro messages and chats. You give Creovel permission to store it and show it to the people it's meant for (for example, your profile to creators in your tier) only to run the service. You can remove your content by editing your profile or deleting your account.

7. Collaborations are between creators

Creovel introduces creators to each other; we aren't part of any collaboration, deal or agreement you make. We don't check other creators beyond verifying their channel, and we don't guarantee that you'll find matches or that any collaboration will succeed. Use good judgement, especially before sharing personal information, meeting in person or sending money.

8. YouTube and Google

Channel verification uses YouTube API Services. By verifying, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Creovel isn't affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

9. Ending your account

• You can stop using Creovel at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing pranjalregmi412@gmail.com.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put other users at risk, or that we're required to close by law. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why.

10. Disclaimers

Creovel is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it running and secure, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that information other creators provide is accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Creovel isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for anything other creators do or say. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Creovel changes. We'll update the date at the top, and for important changes we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Creovel after that, you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.
